ps: trans theorist" not transgender, sorry for the use of this term, i didn't knew it that was considered derrogaroty, im not an english speaker.
Paul Preciado for example seems to reject the definition of his works as a gender theory, like quoting some sort of tendency in academia to label trans people works as gender related. There is also Mckenzie Wark whose works weren't about gender before her transition and is what she is mostly well known, but besides of them, there is any scholar who are trans and are not a gender theorist (or reject this label)? Im not asking for "Kyle Jenner" style academics (LMAO) who acts in some sort of denial or smh, of course that as a transgender, is worth it to share their experience, i just want schoolars whose work are not well known for gender theory or simply reject these labels (as Preciado). Sorry if is not the wiser question and if the title of this post sounds awkward.
