E3P - Original cover bed welded itself to bed - chipped bed while removing
Post Body

TL;DR: can I ask for a bed replacement per warranty due to original Creality glass welding itself and subsequently chipping the bed upon removal?

Got my E3P a month ago and quickly switched to the glass bed it came with from Creality instead of magnetic (ABS printing). After a short while I noticed that the glass does NOT move at all so I removed the plastic clips that it came with and it seems like the bed was welded.

Now I am printing with another PLA that decided it needed to stick very strongly to the glass bed so it was hard to remove (before was using PLA from eSUN). So I slightly pried the bed with a scraper and lifted it away - but the glass took peaces with it off the bed!

Is it fair or case even covered by warranty? Should I just ask Creality...? How was I supposed to know it was going to weld itself...
