We have the highest $$ internet package with panorama bullshit. For a few months we've been unable to have consistent connections with Ethernet or wifi. When we did have it the dl speeds would usually be under 20mbps sometimes under 5mbps. After Cox being basically useless and just upping us $5-10/ month every time we called I finally got my ass in the attic and saw that the coax from the tap was old and had two splices. I spent $30 on a 100' rg6 cable and ran it myself to the router. Now I'm consistently getting 150 Mbps on wifi with 14 devices! Cox customer service sucks but the problem was solved somewhat satisfactorily once I handled it on my own.
