First, I've seen the rule about posting in the weekly support megathread. However, it appears that it hasn't existed for a while now and the rules may not have been updated to reflect that?
Either way, I have an RMA that I submitted 5 days ago for a bad 16GB RAM module in a 32GB kit. Explained the issue and attached memtest86 reports with the errors, screenshots of original purchase, and pictures of the bad RAM's part number and serial number. Should be good to go as far I can tell, but I have yet to receive a response. Is there some way to see what's taking so long?
