I absolutely love hummus…and as my favorite snack, I’d love for it to be a little lighter when it comes to calories. I already pull back when it comes to some ingredients.
Per cup of dry chick peas, I use 3 tbsp Olive Oil, 1/2 Cup Tahini, and About 6-8 TBSP lemon juice.
1). What ratios do you like to use when it comes to these ingredients?
2). Do you have any tricks with using refrigerated Tahini? Mine becomes an absolute nightmare to re-mix and gunks up my food processor almost immediately upon incorporation (cools everything down and thickens it up).
