Often I will try to say something but the opposite comes out or I lose the thought. In my field of work this is causing issues. I have to be precise.
Signed up for a cardio class recently and it involves following the instructors movements. Quick directions and quick movements. When in class if she says to lift your right arm and do XYZ I will often lift the opposite arm. She says to slide right I will go the opposite direction. The other people in the class are older than me and follow directions precisely. I used to be very coordinated and athletic, but in this class I feel like an idiot. It's so embarrassing.
And I had the concussion months ago, but these symptoms will not go away.
It's just made me so depressed in many ways and anxious.
