How to know if I should be concerned?
Post Body

I know nobody can diagnose here, honestly I don’t even know what kind of doctor can diagnose… I’ve had trouble finding someone in the past to see me for this.

I bumped my head doing pole dance on the pole, 2-3 days later started having intense, debilitating anxiety…I have a tender spot where I hit my head, feels like bruise when I touch it and massage it. I’ve been bit foggy and have a minor headache that comes and goes. It’s not very intense though.

I’m under an extreme amount of stress at work/school, so I’m having trouble knowing if it’s that or when I bumped my head. I also have ADHD and can’t tell if the foggyness is just my meds/symptoms, or my head. I also do have anxiety and tension headaches… how can I possibly know the difference?

I’ve had concussions in the past, and a big symptom was the debilitating anxiety which was what first concerned me, along with the tender spot on my head. But I felt fine when it happened for a few days.

Does anyone have any advice? I’ve been training pole dance and it’s been ok, but I worry if I am concussed about long term things if I am concussed…
