Thank you, Dallas Fuel.
Even though most would take this as a disappointing end, when the season began and the team was formed, I don't think most analysts regarded this to be an elite team. The tank line was supposed to be great with some holes, the DPS had a Hitscan missing and no one really knew where to place a low ping Fielder and the duo of Rapel and Jecse after their season on a struggling Houston.
From there, to winning a stage title, making consecutive podium finishes, ending the stage as the leader of their region (in terms of points) and finally finishing top 3, is no small feat.
Props to all the players, the coaching staff and the org for overcoming so many adversities and still getting constant good results. It just wasn't a talented team but also a bunch of truly entertaining and fun loving guys that anyone could rally behind. Thank you for a season where I could be truly proud of the team I was cheering on and wasn't constantly disappointed. Thank you for giving me a reason to wake up at random hours to watch the match live and hype the team up in the match thread. It's said those who burn blue burn the brightest and for that I am truly grateful.
