How do you guys get into a job(software)

I'm doing my Bacholor and due to economic problems I need to find a job since I'm doing a Bacholor in IT it would be great if I could find at least an internship in IT but I've send plenty of massages in linked applied for many jobs but none of them came through. So might like to know how you guys got into a job
