Some time ago I mustered a 3-page script for a competition. It was a psychological thriller based on an inside joke I had with my ex about ghost possessed butt plug.
It didn't go forward for obvious reasons. It was written in a day. The characters were underdeveloped. The plot was too bloated for 3 pages. I tried to compensate by having heavy dialogue, but it dragged the panels down too much. The script itself was not properly formatted because I ran out of time.
Now, it's not an ambitious project at all, and I am OK with letting it go. But over this period, the story grew on me. I am wondering what would happen if did it justice. It is more of a 5-10 page story. If I give the script one or two more days, it can be actually readable.
Before I go forward with this, I'd like to know if someone is interested in drawing it out. In that case, we would both own it, and it would be something we do not for profit, but to showcase it as a sample work on socials etc.
This will be my first ''full'' script, and I have no grand expectations for the art side of the project. As long as you can draw better than my middle-grade level ass, I would be satisfied with the effort. Obviously its ok, if this is your first time too.
As a disclaimer, the story features offscreen sex (no nudity), hints at childhood molestation, and might be offensive to religious folks.
As such, the initial idea was to publish on Webtoons Canvas for ''exercise'', but I realize it will be too ''spicy'' for Webtoons. It's not NSFW tho (I think).
