300 GB Data Cap in Washington State?

Just now figured out about the 300 GB data cap that Comcast has been rolling out, but on their website it doesn't seem to list Washington state. To make sure, I called their customer service but (as per usual) I got a half-ass answer.
Anyone here know if Washington currently has the 300 GB data cap? Thanks!
