Anyone have any experience with Pioneer Energy Management (PEM) for utilities?

Post Body
Just signed a lease for an apartment that uses PEM for utilities. I know companies like NEP are bad with the overcharging but a few bad online reviews of PEM have got me a bit paranoid. Am I screwed or is PEM an ok utilities company? I'll be living alone in a 1 bedroom for reference
