Pandemic Unemployment Question

So I have a quick question. Due to covid-19 I had to submit a personal leave of absence due to me having to self quarantine due to me being diagnosed with asthma since birth and being in high risk category. I’ve been on personal leave of absence for 30 days and my job stated they only allow a 30 day leave of absence but I don’t feel comfortable returning to work as it is an office job. What should I do? Should I quit my job and stay on unemployment? Would I still qualify for pandemic unemployment assistance if I do?
