DVT of muscular related?

. I finished a 12 hour shift and arrived home around 8 pm when my calf began to feel quite sore and weight bearing wasn’t impossible but became more difficult due to pain. My day at work wasn’t really out of the ordinary. If anything, I walked less than I usually do (typically I do 12k steps in a 12 hour period but today was around 9k). Anyway, my pain became more unbearable with walking and touching the area was quite painful too. Just for some background, I do work as a nurse and have some experience with signs of DVT, so I kept assessing for redness, swelling etc. I have not been too worried about it since my only symptom has been pain, however when I began walking, I noticed my leg to be slightly red In comparison to the other. I’m seeing so many mixed messages on the internet about whether I should seek immediate medical attention or not. I do suffer from health anxiety as well so it’s hard to think like a nurse at times. It’s been a couple of hours and it’s still quite painful. I really want to sleep as I’ve been lacking it, so I would love to avoid going to the ED, but I guess I’m starting to worry more so I won’t be sleeping anyway. I also live in Canada so wait times just to see a Dr can be an all night thing. Just need some honest advice. I keep thinking about possible ending up with a PE and I’m starting to shit myself at the thought.

Oh and some background - 25yo F. Not on birth control. I only take 100mg of Zoloft daily.
