I've a veteran when it comes to Guitar Hero, I've logged more hours than I'm willing to admit and it's definitely one of my favorite games of all time. That said, after many years away from the game the itch suddenly struck me again this last week and I downloaded and installed Clone Hero on my PC. I'm using an old USB connected Guitar controller. When I play I feel like I'm not getting credit for some of the notes that I've most definitely hit or that my strum is off for some reason. I'm considering picking up another guitar controller to see if that helps but I'm unsure if that's my problem or not. What's the general consensus of the community? What, in your opinion, is the best guitar controller to use? Do you have specific settings that you change to make things better? Really appreciate any feedback in advance.
