Best choice between Wired 360 (Xplorer) and Wii controller?

Basically, title. Looking to start getting into Clone hero, and after doing some research (thanks to this sub's sidebar and wealth of information) I'm having trouble choosing between a wired 360 Xplorer and a Wii guitar with the raphnet adapter. I can get either with about the same amount of trouble for the same overall price, I just wanted to see what peoples preferences are. Might be worth noting I would be a casual player at best. Thanks!
