Evolutions should be restricted to lower cost cards

Hey everyone, I just had a theory I wanted to see what others thought. Should evolutions be restricted to lower cost cards to keep them relevant and interesting to play? I know Royal Giant and Recruits have Evos and they are higher elixir cards but those cards are expensive for a reason and giving them an evolution makes an already strong card even stronger and this just seems odd to me. Menwhile evolution skeletons makes sense in my mind because it turns very useful but weaker basic troop into something that has to be dealt with by your opponent same with evo bats/archer. It just seems like a more beneficial way to use Evos as it would mean lower cost card useage can be rewarded with an evolution to supplement a deck and give it an extra dimension other just evoing higher cost card.
