The first branch of my new company, Gun's Warehouse, has been set up in the capital city of Coastaro. In the future there will be many of these stores across the map offering a large variety of items (mainly construction materials such as clay, wood, stone, etc...). The items currently for sale are as follows:

• Hardened Clay (32 for 1 Iron Ingot)
• Clay Blocks (32 for 1 Iron Ingot)
• Iron Ingots (3 for 1 Diamond)

In the future, a magazine known as "The Freimarkan" (A.K.A. The Freelander) will also be sold at these stores. It will detail some of the latest events on the server (similar to the Circadian Observer), but will only be found in physical form. It will be published at irregular intervals approximately once every few weeks. These will start at 4 Iron Ingots per copy.

Please note that these prices will likely change based on market fluctuations. It is also possible that prices of items, and the items themselves, will vary depending on the supply and demand of a given locale.

I will also allow franchising. Anyone interested may contact me. A franchised location will be able to use the Gun's Warehouse brand and be allowed to distribute the latest copies of The Freimarkan in exchange for a monthly fee (this fee will most likely change month to month based on profits gained by franchised locations). People will only be allowed to franchise in nations that do not yet have a Gun's Warehouse store, so as to decrease competition between stores of the same brand. I reserve the right to withdraw a franchised license at any time.

For those interested in creating their own stores I will gladly give you any advice/help you may need to start up. My main purpose is to create a versatile international economy on this server. Here are some handy tips:

• Find Your Niche: If you specialize in one specific area that no one else has you will not be put into direct competition with other stores. This means that you get more money! For example, Gun's Warehouse specializes in construction materials. You wouldn't go to one of these locations to get foodstuffs!

• Find a Good Location: Coastaro is a fantastic location for the first establishment of my company because it is a crossroads between an incredible amount of nations. There is a direct path from Coastaro's Capital to the Southern Ice Isle for example! This means that many people can easily access it, which is important for my business model (building nearby but out of materials? Stop by and grab some!)

• Advertise: What I'm doing right now! If no one knows about your store, no one is going to buy from you! :P
