I'm looking for architects to build a few townhouses (modern, baroque, victorian, renaissance, however you want it). Feel free to PM me or comment below if you're interested.

You can build it in-game, but I will need admin on the group. I would much rather you build in creative and provide me with an imgur album.

The main purpose for the building is simply to look nice, but it might be useful to know that these will likely become ministry buildings, shops, and apartments.

Details:

Each plot is generally 5-15 blocks wide, and 10-16 blocks long. I would like it to be at the very least 20 blocks tall, and no more than 30 blocks tall (however, spires or anything similar can go above that)

It'd be great too if you use blocks from the region or nearby shards (Naunet, Tjikko, Eilon, etc.), and that you avoid expensive items such as quartz.

Payment:

I will pay 2 diamonds for it, or the equivalent in iron or coal. I can also provide some stone and spruce wood, if needed during construction.
