11.13.2018.a Limnadia Prefecture

• Assignment of Roma_Victor as Prefect of Limnadia to do with the designated territory whatever he deems appropriate.

• As the Prefect of Limnadia, Roma_Victor can create and maintain a charter with any additional information, organizations, or other restrictions relative to the prefecture.

• The Limnadia Prefecture will be the Islands within this area.

11.13.2018.c UNC Bunkers

• In cooperation with our UNC allies and under the guidlines of the UNC charter The SPQR will begin construction of several UNC Bunkers, and the placing of many UNC snitches.

• Two initial bunkers will be established in Roma and Limnadia under the group spqr_unc_bunkers.

• Noteblock snitches will be placed along SPQR rails and in key areas across the empire on the group spqr_unc_snitches.

Snitch Groups

• SPQR_Snitches (Main Group, only highly trusted players get access as it covers all Roman cities)

• SPQR_Secure (Bunkers, vaults, really anything military or bunker related)

• SPQR_Transport (Could be under the SPQR_Rails group but honestly I think the snitches should be on this group so newfriends can work on rails without getting snitch access) (This could be switched to spqr_builds)? (I feel like we should either discontinue this group or merge it with spqr_unc_snitches..... we need to maintain a UNC snitch group for our allies to see baddies in our territory... especially along the rails.... I think this is redundant with us maintaining a secondary snitch group for citizens that don't have full snitch accessj...) what do you think?

Building Groups

• Gallia (Reinforcement of doors and chests in public Gallia buildings, though may be reworked later as needed)

• SPQR (Mandatory group citizens to maintain door access, factory access, storage access as well as the primary build group)

• Roma (A group administered by NovaCaesar for builds relative to the capital)

• SPQR_Rails (Stations, tunnels, rails, and storage rooms along rails or in stations should be under this group, limit it to workers and purge as needed)

• SPQR_builds (group with many administrators to add/remove new "moderators" as necessary to help with public building projects.
