My assumption is that this will generate a great deal of discussion. I want to preface what follows by saying this: The intention here is to create an environment that encourages people to build and play cooperatively while keeping the processes of politics and government out of the way.
I believe this is what Carbon was originally founded on. I welcome any ideas that people have as well as criticisms. I spoke with many of you in game or on mumble already and based on our discussions and your feedback, I believe what is drafted here is a reflection of not only my thoughts, but those of many of you as well. Because formatting on here is difficult, I have linked the google doc containing the New Charter of Carbon. Please take the time to read through it entirely and post any thoughts or comments you have on it. Hopefully all the provisions within it are clear and convey all the necessary information.
Sincerely,
NubSlash
