[Discussion]Election Cycle Length

Currently a term only lasts one month. I along with many other have expressed that this is too short. You can barely get anything done in a month as chancellor.

Many have suggested that we should increase the term length to either 45 days or two months. I believe this change is necessary and would allow future chancellors to get more done. It seems like its time for the next election right after you start.

It would be difficult to rewrite parts of the charter since its built around the the month cycle but it wouldn't be that hard to edit.

Should we increase the election cycle length and if so by how much?
