Hiya. I'm honestly not sure the best way to word this, but I'm suddenly not able to place any buildings that need a road, and any road I place has no zone spaces for me to make RCI zones.

I deleted everything and unsubbed all mods, then reinstalled the game and a dozen or so basic mods. The issue has persisted after the re-install.

I have:

~ Move It

~ Network Tiling

~ Precision Engineering

~ Props and Tree Anarchy

And a handful of building/interchange assets/prefabs.

Any suggestions on what to try to fix this?
