Question and advice
Post Body

If a medical professional ( nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, etc) are in Pain Management and violate the contract agreement and are discharged, meaning their urine comes back with something other than whatโ€™s prescribed by the clinic. For sake of the post, non prescribed opioids, thc, Dilaudid, or morphine ( these are just random meds I threw in) . Does the Pain Management Clinic have a Duty to report said individual to the appropriate board? Thank in advance. Why or why not?
