If a medical professional ( nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, etc) are in Pain Management and violate the contract agreement and are discharged, meaning their urine comes back with something other than what’s prescribed by the clinic. For sake of the post, non prescribed opioids, thc, Dilaudid, or morphine ( these are just random meds I threw in) . Does the Pain Management Clinic have a Duty to report said individual to the appropriate board? Thank in advance. Why or why not?
