Plumbing/Construction supply shops - looking for specific pipe fitting

Hi, I've been looking for a 3-way corner PVC pipe fitting but I can't seem to find any here in Cebu. I've tried all major supply depots (Wilcon, Atlantic, Worldwide, etc) but I can't find this particular connector:

Has anyone bought any of these recently? If anyone could help me locate this particular connector or point me to other hardware shops within Cebu which may have them, it would be much appreciated.
