Looking for Beach Volleyball court

Hi, I'm looking for a beach volleyball court. We know that there is a sand court in USPF and near Fort San Pedro, but we're looking for something that has a beach, is affordable and has an acceptable sand volleyball court (good net, poles, proper size etc).
Beach can be anywhere in Cebu (either north or south of the city)
Any suggestions?
