Last cycle I'm pretty sure I had a chemical pregnancy because I had all of the symptoms and my period was 8 days late and really heavy. It started on July 8th.

I went to my first prenatal appointment today and would've been 7w0d going off LMP, however, I know I ovulated on July 27 or 28, so I'd be off by 5-6 days if just going off period. They found something on the abdominal ultrasound but wanted to do a vaginal one for more detail. They (Dr. and fellow) said I'm only measuring at 6w0d which would be closer to my ovulation date but said even if I was earlier along the heartbeat of only 107 was on the lower side but they've seen plenty of healthy pregnancies with a lower heartbeat. They told me about the signs of miscarriage. Do I have any hope?
