For context I'm M24. I'm someone with a very fast metabolism and gaining weight is a challenge. I tried eating more, working out, and take vitamins but I'm inconsistent hence I kept my weight since college which is 50kg.
Fast forward to the present, I was buying slacks for my office attire and I always requested a size 27. Surprisingly the fit wasn't comfortable. Requested the sales lady for something bigger and size 30 is the perfect fit for me. Also noticed prior that my last slacks felt tighter than usual.
When I reached home and weighted myself, I'm heavier by 2 kilograms. It's not much and I'm still far off my ideal weight of 60kg but I'm happy. It's true that your metabolism slows down as you age. Now I just want to stay consistent with a healthier routine so I don't go overboard.
