Postman opening the door
Post Body

I'm curious what you guys think about this, because I don't know what to think tbh. There are different kind of delivery folks. - ringing doorbell and handing over the parcel (very rare) - ringing doorbell but leaving parcel on the ground (almost always) - not ringing and leaving parcel (rare)

And there is this one fella who rings the doorbell and opens front door and leaving parcel inside. It was two times, both days I was at home, it was raining so I kind of understand his extra care, but... Why not wait for me, sitting 2 meters close, opening door of private property, is this normal in Ireland?

Comments

I love our postman, lad always opens the back door (weird house layout) and leaves it on the kitchen counter which is beside the door
