Are you a "track" or a "trail" person?
Post Body

Like in running, I always hear people talk about how they hate running on a treadmill or on a track because it's boring, and they much prefer running on a trail... but I'm the opposite. When I used to run, I much preferred running on a track because I could measure my progress against a standard, and I like doing the same thing over and over again and getting better and better.

And I'm starting to think that it's like that with everything for me. I used to go to yoga classes but I preferred following a more "Western" scheme that had set ways to progress. I like dirtbikes but I prefer racing on a track to riding through trails. I like lifting weights in a scheme over "just being generally active".

Is anyone else like me? And if you are, or you're a "trail" person, what do you think that says about you?
