Is it too late for me to get competitive level at a physical sport at 25?
Post Body

I’ve always bounced around different sports, mainly playing lacrosse, but I’ve done a bit of surfing, fencing, cricket, archery, rollerskating, sprinting, MMA and a couple of other things.

I’ve got a basic ability in most of these but I’ve recently realised I’m really not GOOD at any of them. I’d love to feel like I’m one of the best at what I do and complete at a significant level, maybe national (UK, so not like all of US).

And I want to do something with a lot of movement/speed, like surfing, snowboarding, running, rollerskating or lacrosse. I’m not so keen on things like golf or bowling. Or racket sports (I’m shit at them)

Is it too late for me? If I committed hard to one sport what could I get to a competitive level at?
