So first off, my windshield wipers are broken, that's something I want to clear out of the way.

So every morning my trucks windshield is damped with this moisture that is fairly hard to wipe/squeegee off. On top of that, when you start driving, the fog like view just reappears! (very quickly at that)

Its not interior and strictly exterior and I'm certain if my wipers worked I (probably) wouldn't be having and much as an issue but, I'm just wondering wow and how I could possibly do something to help it at least lessen every morning. Perhaps some sort of cleaning substance or procedure? The only fix seems to be when the sun comes out, which is fairly inconvenient. Thanks
