How can I fix this smiley face someone scratched into my hood?

Just noticed that somebody scratched this bs into my hood lmfao. It’s not deep, when I follow it with my finger i can’t feel it. anybody know of a product or have any DIY tips to get rid of it or making it less visible? thanks for any help in advance.
