Framing Cost New Build
Post Body
I’m a GC planning my first new build. I’ve mainly done renovations and additions, which is usually more expensive on the framing end.
Anyways, what’s a decent sq Ft price? Home is only 2,000 square ft. Not super basic, but nothing fancy.
My area (Nashville) is so busy that bids/quotes can get out of control. The whole “how much can I get out of this guy” routine.
