Replace chain or car?

Post Body
I'm getting straight into it, 3 litre diesel, 105k on the clock and increasing as I'm doing around 300 miles a week, been servicing every 5k miles, currently thinking to replace timing chain and few other bits as preventative maintenance which will set me back approximately £1.8k. Car is not ULEZ compliant. Is it worth it or should I just sell it, put another £5-6k on top and buy something else with less miles and ULEZ compliant but without knowing how well the car has been taken care of?
