Hi, sorry if you guys get this kind of question all the time. I'm a recent convert into the canned sardine religion. I loved it right from the first bite and given that a can costs 0.99€ are gets me 25g of protein, I thought I found the holy grail of protein intake for a college student like me wanting to start hitting the gym. But to my horror a quick Google search brought up several websites claiming that eating sardines everyday is not healthy. Has anyone over here experienced health issues after years of consumption? I could be eating several cans of this stuff everyday if it weren't for these concerns, and to be honest when I hopefully get my dream physique in about I would cut down my protein intake and start eating a regular diet again so I'd only have to eat sardines daily for about a year, which shouldn't cause long term problems if any. But still, please quell my anxiety for the time being. Thanks.
