I am currently on my work permit in Canada. I am on term contract with CRA currently . My team is looking to bridge me through ITAP as a CS-01. After working with CRA for a year I will file for my permanent residency in Canada. My questions are:

1) Can a person on work permit be bridged through ITAP? 1) For filing my permanent residency, I will need a letter from HR stating the position I work on and the duties performed by me. I know other government departments do provide that letter but someone told me that CRA doesn’t provide the letter. Is it true?

I am ready to provide a bit more info if you need.
