Gas Pointer

Hello everyone.
Last time I filled the car was on Sunday. Since that day the gas pointer hasn't moved at all with normal usage. In the picture seems full but I have drive some miles since then... Digital counter went down from 90 something miles with full tank icon indicator to 76 after driving for a while.
Needle go down when I turn car off.
Is that normal or need to reach out Toyota to take care of it?
