New Chromebook - site not loading

Hi all,
Just got a Chromebook so I don't have to keep nicking my husband's Mac every time I want to cam.
Only problem is, I go to Streamate Models to log in and nothing happens! Just a white screen no matter what I do, I can't see anything to suggest there's a block in my settings.
Has anyone else experienced this? I've even tried using Yahoo and DuckDuckGo but it's the same and I can't download Firefox which was my other option.
Works fine on my phone which is also Android and uses Chrome.
Any help appreciated x
