Has anyone come back from a hiatus on Sextpanther?

When I first went on SP, I did awesome. And then I stopped camming for a couple of years and my rank dropped. Now I’m trying to get back into it, and my rank is either like 3572 or it’s just nil (a little line).
I post to explore all day and get a few contacts but the contacts rarely reply to my first message, even though they were usually instantly responsive when I first started out on the site.
Has anyone had this happen and come back from it? How?
