Need a prerequisite cleared

So im trying to add CE2051 for fall but im not allowed to because it says I haven't done the prerequisites asked for. I did the prerequisite in a different school but I've sent my updated transcripts already. Is there anyone I can talk to/ email that can help me get this cleared asap?
