Hey guys, I'm a second-year comms major and I've been thinking a lot about post-grad life lately. I've always been a strong student (currently in the honors program here) but recently I can't help but think I'm wasting my potential. I absolutely love comms but realistically thinking about my career options is really stressing me out, especially with all the stigma surrounding my major (ie that it's "easy," for "dummies," or I'm "wasting my time"). It sucks automatically having people assume you're stupid based on your major (even though I do really enjoy it) and it's even worse because I'm starting to believe it. I thought about switching my major, but the issue is that I have absolutely no idea what I want to do after graduating and I don't want to switch to something more niche if I'm not 100% sure it's what I want to do. But I also feel stuck because it seems like I'm wasting my time and money on a major that isn't going to get me anywhere. I don't even really know what I'm asking you guys tbh, I guess just if anyone has been in a similar situation or has any advice. Anything would help! Thanks.
Edit: right now I'm considering real estate (but it seems like a very hit or miss field) or law school (not entirely sure I want to pay and commit, especially after taking all of the law and society minor classes)
