First Time Buyer Advice?

I found a 2014 CTS 2.0 T with 65k miles on it for 12k. It does have a rebuilt title so I had it inspected and took it for a test drive.

Asides from some minor wear on the interior and a few light scratches on the doors, the car is in good shape and mechanically sound. It looks like it had some front end damage and had to be partially repainted at one point.

Is this a good deal that I shouldn’t pass up? It doesn’t have the sunroof, interior color, or AWD that I desired but I’m willing to overlook that for the right price. Is this a good deal?
