Hello, I am about to purchase a bulk order on some really amazing beans. I'd really like some advice before I pull the trigger.
My goal is to be able to make a cup of something resembling hot chocolate. A small dose of around 1oz will be for the maximum amount of magnesium and other health/mood benefits and a replacement for coffee with the option to easily just add more for a ceremonial dose.
The wholesale suppliers are offering either Nibs or Powder. Does anyone have any insight into which will be easier/best practice to create this magical hot chocolate recipe. I would prefer not to have to grind/steep etc for each individual cup I make.
