Possible to Move from Standing Job to Sitting Job?

I'm new to Reddit, so please be kind -- can't locate or figure how to search posts for this.
Chronic leg, foot and back issues are making it impossible for me to work my current front store position where I stand all day. Has anyone had any luck moving within the company (either in person or remote) to a position where I'm not required to stand all day? Any suggestions for how to pursue this and which CVS dept. to approach first with this inquiry?
