Do pharmacy techs get drug tested after employment?

I just got hired as a pharmacy tech not too long ago and I overhead other techs talking about the dispensary and how they usually go after their shift. I was under the impression that we had to be clean while working in the pharmacy, unless Iām wrong
Important note to add - I live in Massachusetts where marijuana is legal for anyone 21
