Since the update I've not been able to login to the new site. User Credentials aren't valid. Yet, somehow I am able to login and process prescriptions daily. Called the IT helpdesk, and they gave me the alternate login https://cvshealth.sabacloud which worked a week or two ago. It does not work now. The password reset, account unlock, doesn't work. I am at my wit's end. And, I do not have time or energy to call IT to get this resolved this morning. Booster's this morning and ALL DAY LONG you know!!! THERE IS NOT ENOUGH COFFEE in the world!
Also, does anyone have any hints, help, tricks, etc. to help me login to The Hub from home? Ain't no one got time to do that at work. Okay, really, I am not good enough to do so at work, yet. I am pretty new and cannot stay another minute behind closed gates to read the Hub, and customers give no peace during the day. Not when we are >100 QP behind.
Thanks for any advice ya'll have to dish.
