CBD for brain pain

Talked to a gal who said she had her adopted kids do Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation b/c they had Tourette Syndrome. Said it helped. But she also said she found a good CBD that she said needed to be activated by a little THC. I asked her what kind of CBD and she said it’s very particularized - one has to see for themselves. Does anyone use a CBD for CRPS brain pain?
