So I am going through my first flare after my nerve block series. Still struggling with the reality of this disorder. I knew this documentary would probably destroy me even though it’s about myalgic encephalomyelitis instead of CRPS. But yeah it was great. I cried several times because it felt so relatable to what I’m going through right now. All the feelings about grieving the life you had and the life you expected. The consequences of doing the things you enjoy. God it was just… amazing. I’ve struggled so much communicating my feelings about my illness to my parents, so instead I recommended they watch this documentary. Really hoping they do. Maybe it would be a good recommendation for your friends and family as well.
Edit: it’s called Unrest. My bad y’all.
