Headaches and tinnitus

I have crps in my lower right leg with moderate pain but significant atrophy. I’ve been noticing I’ve been having frequent headaches the last few weeks as well as on and off tinnitus. I was attributing the headaches to stress and the tinnitus to the effects of pre-covid concert going but after reading some more information here I’m wondering if it all may be related.
